Two Metro Detroit Suppliers Come Together to
Create a Janitorial, Packaging, and Safety Supply Powerhouse

Tuesday, May 2, 2006  7:00am ET

ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich., May 2, 2006 – In an effort to revolutionize and revitalize the packaging, janitorial, and safety supply industry in Michigan, SupplyDen, Inc., announced today that it has acquired W.M. Roth & Sons, a Fraser-based provider of janitorial and maintenance supplies.

W.M. Roth & Sons has been a prominent name in Metro Detroit since 1969. They have upheld a strong reputation and developed solid relationships with their customers for almost four decades. And now, SupplyDen hopes to cultivate those relationships in order to keep their customers on the cutting edge with their extensive product and service offerings.

“This is a very exciting event for not only the two companies, but for all of our customers, as well,” says Oliver Denoff, President of SupplyDen. “We believe that the additional tools and resources that we bring to the table will add considerable value to our customers' existing relationship with W.M. Roth & Sons.”

Since its inception in 2001, SupplyDen has achieved a level of success that many small businesses dream of. And now, their five-year growth plan has come to fruition with the acquisition of W.M. Roth & Sons. By hiring only the best employees and investing the latest technology and resources, SupplyDen has surpassed many of its competitors and has proven itself to be a major player in the industry.

SupplyDen is well-known for their customized supply programs such as just-in-time delivery, vendor managed inventory, and online ordering, which all cut costs dramatically and keep their customers satisfied.

“Due to Michigan’s current economic situation, it is vital for businesses to seek out cost-cutting and cost-effective solutions that will create long-term financial benefits,” continues Denoff. “By teaming up with Roth & Sons, we will be able to bring even more efficient supply solutions to Michigan businesses to help them save time and money.”

In addition, SupplyDen will now be operating the original Roth & Sons retail location in Fraser. The same smiling faces will still be serving their customers with excellent service, but the addition of many new product lines, as well as incorporating new technology, will make the retail operation run more efficiently and completely focused on customers’ needs.

David FitchSupplyDen Names Citizens Bank's David Fitch Supplier of the Year

ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich., Feb. 21 -- Each year, numerous suppliers in the Metro Detroit area are recognized for their dedication and delivery of top-quality services and products. This year, SupplyDen, a distributor of packaging, professional janitorial supplies and chemicals, presented its 2005 "Definite Results" Supplier of the Year award to a very unconventional "supplier" -- David Fitch, Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking at Citizens Bank.

"Dave Fitch has demonstrated every single quality that you'd want in a supplier," said Oliver Denoff, President of SupplyDen. "His integrity, dedication, innovation, as well as a solid commitment to our needs, are the exact same values with which we serve our customers. To us, that is what separates good companies from great ones."

Thanks to their partnership with Citizens Bank, SupplyDen recently purchased a new distribution center, located in Rochester Hills, which has increased their operating efficiency and capacity. SupplyDen is known by their customers for their innovative approach to completely customizable supply programs, vendor-managed inventory, just-in-time delivery, and online ordering systems.

Fitch, who is headquartered at Citizens Bank's 900 Tower in Troy, said he is proud to accept the award from SupplyDen on behalf of Citizens Bank. "SupplyDen has a terrific leader in Ollie Denoff," Fitch said. "He has built a solid team that works wonderfully together with a steady focus on customer care. The relationship triangle between employees, customers and suppliers has enabled the organization to maintain its deep commitment to superior service."
