25 YEARS OF DELIVERING RESULTS
Oliver Denoff's entrepreneurial journey began with a paper route in his youth, where he learned the values of punctuality, consistency, and customer service. These early lessons laid the foundation for his future endeavors. After gaining experience in the janitorial supply industry through sales roles, Denoff founded SupplyDen in 2001, a company based in Auburn Hills, Michigan, specializing in janitorial, packaging, safety, and breakroom supplies.

Starting with minimal staff, Denoff wore multiple hats—handling office tasks, sales, and deliveries. His commitment to hard work and customer satisfaction mirrored his approach to parenting, emphasizing patience, support, and leadership. Denoff believes that treating employees with respect and understanding their personal needs contributes to low turnover and a strong company culture. Faith plays a central role in Denoff's leadership philosophy. Guided by Christian principles, he emphasizes honesty, respect, and the Golden Rule in business practices. While SupplyDen operates with a Christian orientation, Denoff ensures that all beliefs are respected, fostering an inclusive environment. Over the years, SupplyDen has experienced significant growth.
In 2019, the company relocated to a 70,000-square-foot facility in Auburn Hills to accommodate expanding operations and improve warehouse capacity. The company has also embraced e-commerce, with online sales accounting for 25% of business and expectations to grow to 60% in the next five years. Denoff's dedication to his employees and customers, combined with a strong ethical foundation and strategic growth initiatives, has positioned SupplyDen as a trusted provider in the janitorial supply industry.
