What You’ll Do:
· Deliver Excellence: Ensure timely, accurate deliveries to our valued customers, building trust and strong relationships with every stop.
· Hands-On Logistics: Expertly load and unload vehicles using mechanical aids or physical strength, ensuring packages are handled with care.
· Be the Face of SupplyDen: Engage directly with customers during hand deliveries, providing a positive experience and resolving concerns with professionalism.
· Manage Operations: Handle collections for unpaid orders and maintain accurate inventory records to keep deliveries on track.
· Keep Vehicles Ready: Perform regular inspections and maintenance checks to ensure our delivery trucks are in top condition.
· Route Delivery Focus: This isnt just dock work—hand delivery is required at most locations, making your role engaging and customer-focused.
What Were Looking For:
· CDL-A Expertise: A valid CDL-A license (required for operating 26ft. box trucks and 53ft. semi-trucks with trailers) and a clean driving record—safety first!
· Experience: Background in delivery driving, customer service, or related fields to hit the ground running.
· Physical Strength: Stamina to lift and move packages, meeting the physical demands of route delivery.
· Deadline-Driven: A proactive, deadline-oriented mindset to ensure on-time deliveries, every time.
· Customer Focus: A friendly, professional demeanor to create exceptional customer experience.
